ScanNation™does not rent, sell, or share your personal or corporate information with other individuals or companies except to provide products or services you have requested by contract,purchase order or email .
Also note:

• We may provide the information to trusted partners and vendors who work on behalf of or withScanNation™ under confidentiality agreements.
• These companies may not and will not use your personal or corporate information.
• ScanNation™ may  from time to time offer product on a online retail basis. This may be a personalized promotional item such as a tee shirt, sticker, notebook, bag, etc. The code we print may include the name or information of an individual under the age of 18. For those under 18 it will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian to order such merchandise after pre-approving any information that may be embedded in the scan code the minor may have requested. At the request of the parent or guardian we will submit a proof of what the code may include. No purchase will be confirmed or processed until said parent or guardian sends us their full release and pays for said promotional product.
• We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of ScanNation™ terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
